Today’s Advent Sharing comes from Fredora Darmstadt. She’s a member of the church I serve, a retired teacher who served the children of Oakland and Berkeley for many years, continuing to do so in her retirement. Involved in many efforts to bring good news to our city through helping the hungry, serving the needy and bringing hope to those that are scanning the horizon, she is someone who repeatedly gives me hope.
